How will I get my mail and packages?
Incoming mail: USPS mail and packages will be delivered to the BELC twice daily, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., each weekday to the parcel lockers on the first floor of the BELC. As mail and packages are placed in the locker, an email notification with a code will be sent to the individual(s) names and/or departments. The individual/department will have 48 hours to retrieve the packages. Please contact Joanne Robertson at x6995 for an extension if additional time is required.
Outgoing mail: Next to the parcel lockers will be a drop box for both outgoing and interoffice mail. That mail will be picked up twice daily at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you have a bulk mailing that cannot fit into the receptacle, it can be brought to the Post Office. If assistance is required, please contact the Post Office. All other university mail requiring postage must be brought to the Post Office by 3 p.m. to go out the same business day. This would include sensitive, trackable items such as certified, overnight deliveries, etc. Otherwise, items will go out the next business day. Please contact the Post Office should you need mail supplies such as mail trays and buckets for outgoing items.

Placing an order with the Copy Center will remain the same. All requests will be sent to copyctr@bryant.edu. Upon completion of the job, a notification will be sent to the individual who placed the order. Every effort will be made for orders placed by 10 a.m. to be delivered in the 2 p.m. delivery. Orders completed after 2 p.m. will be delivered the next business day or can be picked up in the Copy Center. The Copy Center is open from 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., and the walk-up area is open 24/7 for pickup of nonconfidential jobs.
