Consistent with these values and applicable law, including Title IX, the Clery Act and the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, the University maintains a comprehensive program designed to protect members of the University community from discrimination on the basis of sex or gender, which includes sexual misconduct such as sexual harassment and sexual assault, stalking and intimate partner violence.

How to File a Title IX Complaint

Bryant University is committed to providing a working and learning environment that supports respect for the individual and for academic freedom, where all members of the community can work and learn in an atmosphere that is free from sexual discrimination, harassment, violence, power-based personal violence, and other forms of sexual misconduct.

The University’s Sexual Misconduct Policy and Title IX Sexual Harassment Procedures are part of its broader prohibition against harassment or discrimination. This commitment to nondiscrimination applies to admissions, financial aid, academic matters, career services, counseling, housing, employment policies, scholarship programs, medical services, and all other programs and activities available at Bryant.

The aforementioned policy and procedures apply to all Bryant community members, including students, faculty, staff, and trustees, as well as all vendors, contractors, and third parties who provide services to Bryant or visit Bryant facilities.
