The Post Office offers services such as the sale of stamps, postage for outgoing packages, money orders as well as most of the services provided by your local USPS.  Along with handling all the incoming mail for the university, we accept and process all student mail and packages.  The Post Office is a drop off location for carriers such as UPS and FedEx.

U.S. Postal Service Mail
All incoming U.S. mail is sorted and distributed as soon as it arrives in the Campus Post Office.

Please have all mail addressed as follows:

Name
Bryant University
Student Box Number
1150 Douglas Pike
Smithfield, RI 02917-1291

Campus Mail
Campus mail is continually sorted and distributed daily. Such mail should include the recipient's full name as well as department or Bryant box number if going to a student.

Mailing Packages
Packages can be mailed through the Bryant Post Office from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m (must be at Post Office by 3:00pm for same day mailing). Packages must be properly wrapped, labeled, and weigh less than 70 pounds. The Post Office will be happy to assist you in preparing your package for shipment.

Bulk Mailings
To be sure adequate postage is on our account at the Providence Post Office, all departments using a mailing house must notify the Bryant University Post Office with the amount needed for postage.

Mail Classification - International Mail
All outgoing USPS international packages require customs forms be completed
online.

Department Mail Requirements
Please separate domestic and international mail. Mail requiring postage must have the account number to identify it. If the Post Office window is not open, it is recommended that mail requiring postage not be left on the counter.

Brynka is a web based system which allows us to send email notifications when
your package is received and ready for pickup.

You will not be notified when you receive letter mail.  You will need to check your mailbox periodically.

Your Bryant ID card or photo identification must be presented for all package pick
up.

Below is direct access to each carrier's package tracking web page.  Click on the appropriate shipper icon to get real-time tracking information.
