Our Mission
The Office of Marketing and Communications promotes an integrated approach to communications in order to effectively support and reflect the institution's overall mission and goals. It seeks to create a high-profile image in a competitive marketplace and to advance the institution's leading programs, ideas, and innovations. The mission of the department is to help the university maintain and improve relationships with:
- current and prospective students
- alumni and prospective donors
- parents of Bryant students
- community residents and organizations
- elected and appointed government officials
- media
and to strengthen Bryant's image through:
- local and national media
- catalogs and brochures
- newsletters, magazines, and other periodicals
- campus events/community relations
- digital marketing
- advertising
- personal contacts
Content Update Requests
Web content on our many web properties is managed primarily by our Web Team, which is a cross-divisional team with members from the Marketing and Communications Office and Web & Integration Services. If the content is managed by someone else, we'll assist in directing your request to the appropriate contact.
Content updates requests for info.bryant.edu and is.bryant.edu are handled by Web & Integration Services and can be submitted using the form specifically for changes to the Info Directory and IS website.
Content update requests for all other Bryant web properties can be submitted to the Marketing and Communications Office using the general content update request form.
Branded Template
Documents added to our web properties should be created with our branded Microsoft Word template and then saved as a PDF. The branded template uses our official colors and approved fonts and headings. It also includes an automatic last updated date in the footer, which is important in case users have outdated versions of a file.
